Ms. R and I had been trying for years… ya’ll, literally years to work together. The timing never quite worked, and life got in the way. But..

Everything in time my dear… everything in time.

And one beautiful day, it finally happened.

As a woman, we go through so much. We always put others first. We often times put ourselves down. We are socialized to be ok with being mean to ourselves. I mean, do you guys remember the scene in Mean Girls where they were all looking at themselves in the mirror saying disparaging things, and Lindsay Lohan’s character couldn’t find something negative to say, and they all looked at her like an alien? Although this is total satire, sadly there’s so much truth in it.

We are all together in this, and the nice thing is, day by day, photoshoot after photoshoot, I show women how stunning they are. I show them the courage they have that they never knew existed.
