Barbados Maternity Photographer

I saw Antoinette at the afternoon school pick up.

Our kids are in the same class, and so seeing her on the regular wasn’t unusual. (I also photographed her wedding about 6 years ago, so we go back!)

The difference was that I thought she had already given birth!

She walked over to me, beautiful belly and all, and told me she really wanted to be photographed, but thought she was too far along..

Never a thing I said!

“Once you’re feeling great, and not too lethargic, or tired, or in pain for any reason, I want to photograph you!”

Within days, Antoinette was in my Studio, and we were rockin it.

When I showed her the photographs, she cried.

She said “these photos are not just about the baby, they’re about me.
that’s me.”

This sure as hell is Antoinette.
