Photographing every stage of her life: Barbados Maternity Photographer
It seemed like yesterday when I photographed her wedding just a few years ago. I remember the stolen words her husband gave her during the ceremony, the little giggles right before the said “I do”, and that massive smile on both of their faces when they walked up the aisle. The hugs, the happiness, everything – it was incredible.
Now I get to photograph this moment.
Women are miraculous beings – we grow actual humans in our tummies – sometimes the thought just awes me. The way our bodies accommodate a person is mind-blowing.
And Ms. J wanted this documented in a beautiful way that celebrated her body. A reminder of what it did for baby Jack.
This is such a beautiful thing.
Thank you so much for allowing me to photograph these wonderful stages in your life. I hardly say this, but it’s a true honor.
