You, my friend, are a miracle.

How about I give you a bit of a spoiler, and quote the most important part of this article:

It is a miraculous time, one where we see, especially as first-time mothers, the wonder of our bodies. The way women accommodate, nourish, protect, and eventually birth little beings, is a phenomenon – something I truly marvel at.

I’ve just introduced photographing expectant moms into my boudoir work, and I’m seriously wondering what took me so long. The shapes, the movement, (literally, I’ve been able to see movement!)

But although we marvel at the body of a pregnant woman, we can’t forget the toll it takes on us. Growing a human being is not easy. So ladies, take a beat for yourself. Whether that’s laying in the sun and listening to the soothing sounds of the water rolling onto the sand, or spending the day with us, having all the attention on you, and, BONUS, making magnificent photographs of this time.

Whatever you choose to do, just remember, you, my friends, are miracles, and you are carrying one too.
