Once you're booked in, the date is taken off my calendar, and is all yours. Have a look below to see what comes next from beginning to end.

I connect with your vendor team
I reach out to your vendors and introduce myself to the team helping bring your wedding to life. Everyone gets a quick note so they know I’m part of the crew and we’re all working together for you.

Your questionnaire
About 3 months before the wedding, I’ll send you a questionnaire. Fair warning — it’s a little intense. But there’s method to the madness. It helps me really understand your relationship, your priorities, and how to create the best possible experience for you.

Final wedding consultation
Around 6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll meet for your final consult and walk through everything together, using your questionnaire to make sure we’re fully aligned and nothing gets missed.

Wedding day - It's go time
Your day arrives fast, and I’m there to make it easy for you to actually live it. I’ll step in to help when needed, but mostly I’m documenting everything as it naturally unfolds. Family photos stay quick and painless so you can get back to your people (and your drinks).

Your sneak peeks
Within 3 days, you’ll receive a sneak peek slideshow showing a beautiful snapshot of your day from start to finish. If you added BTS iPhone clips, you’ll also get access to your shared folder with all your short-form videos.

Your Full Gallery Delivery
Within 8–10 weeks, your full gallery will be ready. After the wedding, I’ll send you your official “no-later-than” delivery date so you never have to wonder when photos are coming. I’ll also include a quick video showing how to order albums and prints straight from your gallery.

The exact number varies based on your guest count, timeline, and coverage length. On average, galleries include about 50 images per hour, but I don’t photograph to hit a number — I photograph to tell the full story of your day. Because of that, no specific image count is guaranteed. Quality and storytelling always come first.
How many photos will we get?
Second photographers are one of the best add-ons for fuller coverage. They can be with one partner while I’m with the other, capture multiple ceremony angles, and cover cocktail hour while we do portraits. They’re included in Collections 1 & 2, and can be added to any other coverage — we’ll chat about whether your timeline would benefit from one.
Do you work with a second photographer?
Once you know you’d like me to photograph your wedding, I recommend securing your date. Bookings are confirmed with a signed contract and retainer, and dates are reserved on a first-come basis.
When should we book you?
WEDDING FAQ'S
I love great wedding films, but I leave videography to the pros. I focus fully on still photography. Once you’re booked, I’ll share videographers (and other vendors) I know and work beautifully with — because a cohesive team that tells your story the same way is everything.
Can you do videography aslo?
Your gallery will go live 8-10 weeks after your wedding date. If you need them sooner, we offer a rush delivery service.
How soon will the photos be ready?
When it comes to attending the actual rehearsal at the wedding venue, I don’t typically need to be there.
We work together very closely to ensure I know the timing of everything, where everything will be taking place, and any other information I’d need for your coverage.
Will you come to our Rehersal?
100% — if that’s what you want! I think it’s important to capture this memory of your family together. That said, family photos aren’t the main focus of the day — we want you back to your celebration as quickly as possible. During planning, I’ll ask you to create a list of the must-have shots, and we’ll make the session quick, relaxed, and yes… even fun!
I love your documentary style, but do we still get family photos?
Printing is the only way these memories truly last. Your gallery doubles as a print shop, and I work with top professional labs worldwide to ensure every print is flawless. You can print anywhere, but the gallery shop guarantees quality — your photos deserve that.
How can we order Prints?
Absolutely — I LOVE elopements. And they don’t have to be quick. We can spend the day together, hit multiple locations, and capture the whole “oh hell yes we’re married” energy — minus the giant wedding production. Reach out and let’s talk.
Do you offer Elopement Photography?
The retainer and all payments are non-refundable. Your booked date is reserved exclusively for you, and other inquiries for that date are declined.
