When I think back on this wedding at the Hilton Hotel here in Barbados, one thing stands out: my couple gave me everything. Full access. Complete trust. Open communication.
And when all three come together, that’s when the magic really happens.
These two didn’t shy away from me, not for a second.
Because we’d already built our relationship during their engagement shoot and spent a whole year in touch—sharing ideas, laughing through planning calls, and really getting to know each other—I wasn’t just their wedding photographer.
I was a part of their lives.
It means that when I walk into a room, nothing shifts. My couples don’t stiffen up or hide behind poses. They stay real, and because of that, I get to document the raw, authentic version of their love story.
✨ When they lit their cigarettes, they didn’t turn their faces away.
✨ When they wrapped each other up in love, they didn’t hold back.
✨ When they danced their asses off, I was right there dancing with them.
That’s the beauty of documentary wedding photography—it’s not a photoshoot. It’s not me arranging you into perfect poses you’ll never remember. It’s the story of you, your people, your day, exactly as it unfolded.
“That’s not us.”
Instead, you’ll see yourselves exactly as you were: honest, wild, joyful, emotional, and completely you.
Christiana and Matthew, you opened up to me from day one. You let me in to your heart, into your lives, your family, and your beautiful love for each other.

The Hilton Barbados is one of my favorite wedding venues on the island, and this wedding was the perfect example of why.
Absolute magic for both the vows and the photos.
From the fort, there’s easy access to the beach if you want that sandy, barefoot vibe. (This couple decided to stay on dry land, but trust me—either option is incredible.)
The getting ready rooms at the Hilton are a photographer’s dream. The natural light pours in and makes everything glow, which is exactly what you want when you’re slipping into your wedding attire.
You can keep things intimate by hosting both your ceremony and reception in the fort, or go all out with the massive ballroom—just like these two did—for an unforgettable party.
Everything about the Hilton Barbados is designed to make your wedding flow smoothly, all in one location. And when you pair that with a couple willing to trust me fully?
That’s when the real storytelling happens.
If you’re planning your wedding at the Hilton—or anywhere in Barbados—I’d love to be there to capture it.
My approach is all about trust, connection, and documenting the real, unfiltered moments that make your day unforgettable.

Tattoos are my timeline. I play tennis, read vehemently, and travel the world. Sensual, empathetic, ex-criminologist, pretty good Italian speaker. Slightly irreverent. Terrified of white lizards and frogs. Kids and elders are my storytellers.
Dancing is joy; justice is non-negotiable.
